Teclab Management Services Limited – Our client, a Hospitality Service Provider, with a 90 bedroom large International hotel of 4 standards in Lagos, requires the services of suitable candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head Chef
Department: Food and Beverage
- Ensure that all menus are properly updated while paying attention to seasonal availability
- To ensure that all Menus are well calculated to ensure maximum gross profit
- To ensure that all staff are constantly trained to effect good portion control and pleasing presentation of dishes.
- To ensure that all statutory hygiene requirements are diligently followed.
- To ensure that maintenance problems are promptly reported.
- Liaise daily with management as regards Special VIP’s functions.
- Constantly update knowledge and skills for the good of the establishment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Culinary Arts
- Extensive knowledge of Food and wine
- Must have at least 8 Years work Experience
- Leadership and supervisory skills are required.
Salary is attractive and commensurate with experience.
